Please use curly-brackets { and } to enclose each separate accreditation (if you list more than one), thus enabling our system to flag each as a keyword for later linking (by us) to a glossary definition for the benefit of prospective clients. For example:

In order that we can confirm your eligibility for inclusion in our directory, please either select an online directory that you are listed in, or send us copies of relevant documents listed below.


Before submitting your application (and to avoid delays in processing it) please check that you are indeed listed in the relevant directory. You can do so by visiting the online directory concerned.

If you are not listed in any of the above online directories, then please tick below to confirm that you will send us copies of all the listed documents by post, email or fax.

  • Professional indemnity insurance certificate
  • Proof of appropriate level of membership of a recognised professional association.
