About me:
My clinical experience spans 30 years during which I have taught and supervised counselling and nursing.
I provide individual long and short term counselling, psychotherapy and stress management. Therapy sessions are focused on the needs of the individual person. For this reason I work from an Integrative perspective so that each person will receive the clinical care and the therapeutic process which closely reflect their needs. I also utilise the enormously effective EMDR as an intervention when this is indicated by the presenting problem.
