About me:
I am a psychotherapist, counsellor and supervisor with over twenty three years experience. I like to combine practical self-help strategies with creative thinking that enables people to change old patterns and find new perspectives. We have a wealth of inner resources, and sometimes we need to find compassion for our story. I am the author of a self-help book on self-esteem.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Psychosynthesis (Psychosynthesis and Education Trust 1987). Supervision training (Cascade 1993 ). I have worked in various settings, including addiction recovery and GP practices. I originally left an acting career to work with cancer patients and relatives. In recent years I jointly set up and ran CPCAB accredited trainings in spiritual counselling. I offer individual and group supervision and can do online sessions via skype.
